Dear Kentucky Nurses Association Membership,
The Kentucky Nurses Association (KNA) Bylaws Committee would like to invite you to participate in a vote approving our organizational bylaws. The bylaws for KNA define how our organization is structured and governed. The bylaws not only determine the rights, responsibilities, and duties of membership for our organization, but also address annual meetings, membership and affiliation, rules of authority, KNA leadership, nominations, elections, and KNA official publications.
The vote to amend our current KNA bylaws will be held on May 10th at 2:00p.m. (EST.). Please REGISTER HERE to attend. We need your participation, vote, and approval!
